By downloading, installing, or using the 3D Collection - Thingiverse app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

3D Collection - Thingiverse is a search and discovery application that allows users to find and browse 3D printable models from third-party platforms including Thingiverse, Printables, MakerWorld, Cults3D, and Pepi. The App aggregates and displays search results from these platforms but does not host or store user-generated content.

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and is supported by advertisements.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
• Use the App to transmit any harmful, threatening, or unlawful material.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App beyond its intended use.

All 3D models, designs, and content displayed in the App belong to their respective creators and the platforms from which they are sourced. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content. Users must respect the licensing terms specified by each content creator and platform.

The App's name, logo, and original design elements are the property of Adrian Dios and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The App provides links and access to content hosted on third-party platforms. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content.

The App is supported by advertising. By using the App, you consent to the display of advertisements provided through Google AdMob and our advertising partners. Ad content is personalized based on your device and usage data in accordance with the respective advertising platforms' privacy policies.

You may choose to remove advertisements through an in-app purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content obtained through the App.

In no event shall Adrian Dios or the developers of 3D Collection - Thingiverse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
