Child Safety Standards

Last updated: May 14, 2026

Introduction

3D Collection - Thingiverse ("the App"), developed by Buhho / Adrian Dios, is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. These Child Safety Standards outline our zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and describe the measures we take to protect children on our platform.

This app allows users to search and browse 3D printable models from third-party platforms (Thingiverse, Printables, MakerWorld, Cults3D, and Pepi). While the App itself does not host user-generated content, we recognize our responsibility to prevent any form of child exploitation through our service.

Zero Tolerance Policy

3D Collection - Thingiverse has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Grooming or exploitation of minors
  • Any content that sexualizes or exploits children
  • Facilitating contact with minors for harmful purposes
  • Any attempt to circumvent these protections

We will immediately remove any such content, terminate the accounts involved, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

In-App Reporting Mechanism

The App provides a built-in mechanism for users to report content that they believe violates these standards:

  • Report feature: Users can submit reports through the in-app report functionality available at 3dcollection.app/report or via the "Report Issue" link in the app.
  • Reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action is taken, including content removal and account termination.
  • Users receive feedback on the status of their reports when possible.

Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

We are committed to combating CSAM through the following measures:

  • All reports related to potential CSAM are prioritized and handled with the highest urgency.
  • Confirmed CSAM content is removed immediately from search results and the app.
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement and NCMEC in investigating CSAM reports.
  • Accounts associated with CSAM are permanently terminated.
  • We do not scan or analyze user content beyond what is necessary for safety enforcement.

Safety by Design

Our app is designed with safety in mind:

  • No direct messaging: The app does not include chat, messaging, or social networking features between users.
  • No user-generated content hosting: The app aggregates search results from third-party platforms and does not host or store user-uploaded content.
  • No user profiles visible to others: Users cannot view other users' activity, favorites, or personal information.
  • Age-gate considerations: The app is rated for general audiences and does not target or market to children under 13.
